What to Expect during a session?
First session :
I explain how hypnosis works and what is your role in the session
We agree on a clear goal for the session
I guide you into an hypnotic state through the sound of my voice to work with your subconscious mind during the session
After the session we can discuss on your experience if you feel the need
Follow up Session :
We discuss the transformations seen since the previous session
We adjust your goal if necessary
I guide you through the session of hypnotherapy to deepen and strengthen the positive changes

ONLINE MEETING
Hypnotherapy works thanks to your active listening and the words I choose. Therefore, an online hypnotherapy session is just as effective as a face-to-face session. (An online Google Meet link will be sent out after your booking.)

Some people may see results in just one session, while others may need an extra follow up session.

Schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, epilepsy, psychotic or multiple personality disorder, severe trauma and PTSD. History of these disorders are contraindications to Hypnotherapy, because we are using altered perception and imagination which could exacerbate the symptoms.
