What to Expect during a session?

 

First session :

  •  I explain how hypnosis works and what is your role in the session

  • We agree on a clear goal for the session

  • I guide you into an hypnotic state through the sound of my voice to work with your subconscious mind during the session

  • After the session we can discuss on your experience if you feel the need

 

Follow up Session :

  • We discuss the transformations seen since the previous session

  • We adjust your goal if necessary

  • I guide you through the session of hypnotherapy to deepen and strengthen the positive changes

  • After the session, we can discuss on your experience if you feel the need

ONLINE MEETING 

Hypnotherapy works thanks to your active listening and the words I choose. Therefore, an online hypnotherapy session is just as effective as a face-to-face session. (An online Google Meet link will be sent out after your booking.)

What you will need: 

  • A quiet room where you will not be disturbed

  • A good internet connection

  • Headphones (optional but recommended)

  • A comfortable seat

  • Yes, Hypnotherapy is considered safe when conducted by a certified therapist.

    It is a natural method that does not involve medication.

  • Yes, you will remain aware and in control during the session.

    As a hypnotherapist, I can guide you but cannot make you do anything against your will.

  • Most people remember their experiences during hypnosis, though the level of recall can vary.

    The experience is often described as deeply relaxing and focused.

  • Yes, anyone can enter a hypnotic state because this is a natural state that everybody gets into every day without necessarily realising it.

    Hypnotherapy is different from Show Hypnosis where only about 15% of people are receptive to it.

  • The number of sessions required depends on the issue being addressed and the person's response to hypnotherapy.

    Some people may see results in just one session, while others may need an extra follow up session.

  • Schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, epilepsy, psychotic or multiple personality disorder, severe trauma and PTSD. History of these disorders are contraindications to Hypnotherapy, because we are using altered perception and imagination which could exacerbate the symptoms.

  • While hypnotherapy can be a helpful tool for a variety of issues, it is not a cure-all. It is important to understand that hypnotherapy should not replace conventional medical treatments. For many conditions, it should be used as a complementary approach alongside traditional medical care. Always consult with a healthcare professional to determine the best course of treatment for your specific needs.

  • This is your own responsibility to check if your health insurance package covers alternative therapies and specifically hypnotherapy and if so, check which info or documents you need to provide to your health insurance.
